As we go through our lives we create these necessary hypnotic states in our bodies for our survival. Human beings have three basic instincts we're born with. We can choose fight or flight and we also posess the special act of thinking past, present, and future tense.

As we've evolved through the millennium to current times our consciousness grew so vast that it embodied more responsibility to ourselves and others. In trying to cope with reality and the ways of social acceptance we have developed resistance. Hypnosis and anxiety are both brought up the same way in the brain. Anxiety flushes through the brain piling up uncontrollably and giving way to a personal negativity spiral. Hypnosis sends message units to the brain, digests information the operator and client suggest without confusion, all in a positive manner and controlled state. Common states of hypnosis include that time you said, "I just missed my exit", while driving your car. As you are behind the wheel you may feel like you're on autopilot. It can be brought on by a movie that made you cry because it really moved you in some way. Hypnosis is also there thirty minutes before you fall asleep and after you wake up. See how hypnosis is readily accessible to you in everyday life? My hypnotherapy sessions can subconsciously target over 135+ advocational and vocational issues. Together we will work towards what you really need and adjust any underlying fears. This leaves my clients in an environment that will be gratifying and guided with positive intent. -Abbie Siegmann C.Ht.
